Our motsunabe is based on Menya Hanabi's salt ramen soup, which is made using Hida beef bones.Enjoy the sweetness of fresh beef offal from Hokkaido, the umami of red chicken wings from Mikawa, and the texture and sweetness of vegetables! A special Monjayaki made using the popular salt soup from the hot pot! It's a large portion for about two people, so it goes well with alcoholic drinks.
